Deposit Policy for New Clients
1) Minimum Deposit Requirement: All new clients are required to make an initial deposit of 25% of the total booking amount to secure their reservation.
2) Payment Methods: New clients can make their initial deposit using an email transfer or other payment options as determined by the company.
3) Application of Deposit: The 25% deposit made by the client will be counted towards the cost of the service(s) the client books. The remaining balance, if any, will be calculated based on the full service cost and the deposit paid.
4) Refunds: The initial deposit of 25% is non-refundable and will be credited toward the cost of the service(s) the client selects.
5) Exceptions: In exceptional cases, Mai Aesthetic and Wellness may consider waiving or adjusting the minimum deposit requirement for specific promotions or client segments. Such exceptions will be communicated separately through official channels and will be subject to company discretion.
6) Policy Updates: Mai Aesthetic and Wellness reserves the right to update or amend this deposit policy at any time, without prior notice to clients. Clients are encouraged to regularly review this policy for any changes. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
1) Cancellation Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a slot.
2) Late Cancellation Fee: In the event that a client cancels their appointment with less than 12 hours' notice or fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. This fee will be applied to the client's account and must be settled before booking any future appointments.
3) No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost will be charged. This fee will be applied to the client's account and must be settled before booking any future appointments.
4) Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments without incurring any fees, provided that the request is made at least 12 hours before the original appointment time. However, rescheduling within the 12-hour window may be subject to the same late cancellation fees as mentioned above.
5) Emergencies: We understand that emergencies may arise, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
6) Arrival Time: We kindly request that clients arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth and unhurried check-in process.
